I was very happy to find an honest and reliable shop here. They got me in quickly, diagnosed my problem and took care of it. Doug and Karina were great! They were a pleasure to deal with and every aspect went smoothly. I even got a follow up phone call from the owner to thank me and make sure that everything was good. That was definitely a first! I would highly recommend Boca Auto Fix, and won't hesitate to go back to them in the future!

Outstanding service and workmanship. I brought my Honda Civic to Boca Auto Fix because I was having a serious steering issue that had become increasingly concerning. The team at Boca Auto Fix did an excellent job. They took the problem seriously, performed advanced careful diagnostics, identified the issue, and repaired it properly. Excellent communication. The combination of honesty and obvious expertise was impressive. Five stars without hesitation.

If you need a reliable Jeep pre-sale inspection or honest mechanic in Boca Raton, look no further than Boca Auto Fix. I recently inherited a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed a thorough vehicle diagnostic report to get it up to date on maintenance before selling it. Karina at the front desk was incredible. Her expertise, kindness, and honesty saved me money. She actually talked me out of an expensive preventive service because their digital inspection proved it was completely unnecessary. Their comprehensive inspection report was detailed, the auto repairs were top-quality, and their repair pricing is highly competitive. Knowing they employ highly qualified ASE-certified mechanics gives me total peace of mind. The first thing I saw when I drove up was a personalized sign welcoming me. Details matter, but you still must deliver on the core offering of your business. Boca Auto Fix understands that and they consistently deliver on both. Highly recommend this local shop for any Jeep service!

I had an excellent experience with Boca Auto Fix. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inspection process. The inspection was incredibly thorough. They provided a detailed digital report with photos and videos, clearly explaining what required immediate attention, what should be monitored in the near future, and what could wait until later. It was by far one of the most comprehensive vehicle inspections I've ever received. I also want to recognize the outstanding professionalism of the entire team. Karina, who welcomed me and explained everything, has an impressive level of technical knowledge and took the time to answer all of my questions. The technicians were equally professional and precise in their findings. I highly recommend Boca Auto Fix if you're looking for an honest, transparent, and extremely detailed inspection.

Boca Auto Fix has always been fast reasonable reliable and honest about my vehicles and their maintenance. Doug works by appointment and accepts prearranged early drop off. They have an electronic pay option and secure convenient lock box system for after hour pickup so you can literally drop off or pickup anytime. Doug routinely does very detailed and well documented evaluations generating a custom maintenance plan on each vehicle and prioritizing urgent issues. Today he evaluated a new to me ability van and showed me exactly what was recommended in what priority. Boca Auto Fix is truly a family owned and operated small business of the highest standard.
